Cool News: Rega’s new RP6 turntable has been released and is on it’s way!

New Rega RP6! This is news I know many of you have been waiting for, the indirect successor to the great Rega P5 turntable, the newly unveiled RP6 turntable continues the upgrades to each of their next level of turntables. The difference this time, is that this is not just a ‘RP5′… the new turntable is positioned to be somewhere between a P5 and P7, but early listenings have been so favorable, some believe this may be un par with a P7. We will just have to wait and see once we get our red floor model in. We can’t wait to have this great new table in our show room!

he RP6 is fitted with a hand assembled RB303 tonearm, precision main bearing and a low vibration low noise 24v motor assembly which is individually hand tuned to its circuit to further reduce vibration. The minimalist design of the Rega RP6 and the use of extremely high quality components ensure that your turntable should last for many years. The new 303 tone arm is a huge upgrade to the well made and regarded 300 tone arm. The RP6 will come with the updated TTPSU power supply, with a new platter and subplatter, that includes new Double Brace technology to absorb energy. The Rega RP1 is in store and ready to demo! Both the stock model and upgraded model with the Performance Pack, which includes the Bias 2 moving magnet cartridge, the upgraded drive belt, and the 100% natural wool turntable mat. Rega is always a good value for the musical performance you get out of their turntables. (and still all made in England!)
