Spender has always been a well regarded British loudspeaker company, but with the new Spender D7 speakers, they’ve really hit their stride! Great precision, detail and dynamics, these babies can really sing! All of the great hallmark Spender sound, but the D7s come with a load of excitement as well. This comes partly due to the LPZ tweeter with it’s unique and beautiful Stainless Steel front plate. These tweeters add lots of detail, but still blend well with the whole. The Spender A9, A6, and SP2s have been well reviewed and liked, but the D7s top them all. You have to hear them to really get a full appreciation of them. And Stereotypes Audio of Portland is the only place to find Spender Speakers and the Spender D7s. Read the review here and here.
