We have the new JL Audio Fathom 112 v2 in and ready to demo. We also have the limited edition “Queen” Rega turntable, as well as the brand new Bluesound Node 2 and the Bluesound Vault 2 (the other “2” Bluesound gear is coming soon). This also means we have great deals on the first gen Bluesound products. Get them while we still have them! And in the vintage camp, we have some well cared for used vintage Audio Research gear in silver. (ARC SP-10/SP-10PS combo with D-90 Amplifier). And we also just received another new pair of Dali Rubicon 6 floor standing speakers ready to demo. Stereotypes Audio of Portland has the new style Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum II in stock and ready to demo, as well as the brand new Rogue Audio Sphinx v2 Integrated Amplifier. The original Sphinx was a smash hit around here, providing an amazing value for the musical sound coming from this overachieving hybrid power integrated amp. Simple but elegant casework, and a sound that will truly move you. The Cronus Magnum II builds on it’s reputation of being a great integrated tube amplifier at an attainable price. The new Focal Sopra No.2 Floorstander Speakers are here, and wow… they are glorious! If you haven’t had a chance to come hear the Focal Sopra No.1 stand mounted speakers we’ve had for several weeks, now you have an even bigger excuse to come and check them out! We have the new highly anticipated Focal Sopra speakers in! The new Focal Sopra No.1s are on our show room floor in black, and are already playing beautifully. We will soon have the floorstander Focal Sopra No.2s in later in the month. (they are here now actually!) These have been highly touted for their Utopia III lineage, but more compact and affordable package. The Sopra line fits between the Electra and Utopia III Focal line of speakers. We had the chance to get an early preview of these earlier in the year, and we’re blown away. If you’ve loved the Utopia line of Focal’s, but wanted something that fit your smaller space or budget constraints, you owe it to yourself to check out these new amazing speakers. We will have them in black, but they also come in white, walnut veineer, imperial red, and that really cool electric orange

In case you hadn’t heard, Stereotypes Audio of Portland, Oregon is proud to be the exclusive dealer for Dali Speakers. These Danish beauties are both a sight and sound to be experienced in person! We carry a line up of IKONs, ZENSORs, and the MENTOR Menuet. (We even had the RUBICON 6, but someone fell in love with them and brought them home). Right now, all IKONs are on sale. We have the IKON 2 MK2, the IKON 7 MK2 currently in stock. We also have the ZENSOR 3, the ZENSOR 5, and the ZENSOR 7. The Zensor speakers are ‘a lot of speaker’ for the money. Have you heard, seen, or experienced the Devialet’s amazing Integrated Amp/Wireless DAC? It’s more like a near complete audio system, in one of the most gorgeous and compact casings you will ever see. The remote is beautiful and feels like you’re controlling the Universe with your hand. We’ve been smitten with this great product ever since we brought them in, and we think it’s time you gave it an audition. And to add further incentive to get in here, we even have a little deal on them right now. But you’ll have to come in to find out about the details.

To say that ‘we’ve got a lot of new products in’ would be an understatement. Here’s a short list of some of what we’ve unboxed recently. We’ve got the new Parasound Halo Integrated amplifier. This one will be sure to please not only the reviewers, but the listeners. We also have the new Cambridge CX line of Integrated Amplifiers. Both the CX A60 and CX A80 Integrated Amplifiers. (btw, Cambridge dropped the ‘Audio’ part of their name). Update: We just got in the Cambridge CXN Network Music Player, and it’s sounding quite wonderful! We also have in the MyGroov phono stage from Micromega, to join our MyAmp and MyDAC. We’ve already mentioned this before, but we also have the wonderful new affordable JL Audio Dominion subwoofers in the 8″ and 10″. Our Home Theater/Multi-channel room is sporting the Marantz Preamplifier AV7702. (in addition to the Focal Aria center channel CC900). And in case you missed this before, we have the truly amazing and well reviewed Moon 430HA by Simaudio headphone amplifier with optional built-in DAC. Wow. This is as good as it gets for headphone amplifiers. We have it in place with our line of headphones, so that you can hear every ‘can at their absolute best. It’s so good, you could even use it as your system DAC.

One of our favorite speakers from early last year, the Pro-Ac D30R is now back in stock (in cherry). We also now have the new Pro-Ac D20R in stock. (in cherry). We’re probably one of the few Pro-Ac Speaker dealers in North America that has these in stock right now. Both Pro-Ac speakers are sounding wonderful, and have that amazingly natural mid-range that Pro-Ac is famous for, combined with their smooth Ribbon tweeter. Come check them out! You’ve probably heard about the amazing line of Focal Aria speakers with their flax drivers and wonderful natural sound. And now, we have many more of them to listen to. We have a ‘near’  (sorry, someone fell in love with our 948s) full line up of the Aria line for you to audition at every price range. Here’s a list of what we have in right now: Floorstander Focal Aria 936 and Focal Aria 926, the stand mounted Focal Aria 906 and Focal Aria 905, Focal Aria center CC900, and the Focal Aria surrounds SR900. We’ve got some new products in for you this week at Stereotypes Audio of Portland! We’ve been breaking in the all new Moon Neo 280D DAC this week, and it’s sounding great! DSD256, 32/384, Neo case, bluetooth, full asynchronous USB, and optional MiND. It’s price/performance breakthrough for amazing sound. You’ve got to hear it to truly appreciate what they’ve done with this. In the same vein, JL Audio has created the new Dominion line of value home subwoofers in the 8″ and 10″ flavors in a more simple cabinet, but with still amazing sound. If you’ve been pining after a more affordable JL Audio sub, this one is it! (this is so new, they don’t even have it at their site yet!) And it’s great paired with smaller bookshelf speakers. Whole house audio and wireless music has become a hot category these days, with lots of players emerging everyday. But one newer player has a well established pedigree to back it up: BlueSound. They are made up of designers, engineers and individuals from the music industry, hailing from such great audio companies as NAD and PSB, with their focus solely on audio quality, they’ve unleashed a full onslaught of high end wireless audio products to give you a complete solution. While other whole house systems do a great job of streaming music easily throughout the home, BlueSound adds better than CD quality, with resolutions up to 24/192! (the other players can’t do that.
