We had a great time at this year’s Rocky Mountain AudioFest Show. This was our first trip to the show in Denver, and apparently it was one of the biggest ones yet. A great time was had by all, good music, great audio, amazing food, and even our hotel had over 15 amazing microbrews on tap. Does it get any better? We really enjoyed hooking up with several of our favorite distributors and brands. (more…)

Stereotypes Audio is the only place in Portland, Oregon that you can get the Cambridge Audio iD100 Digital Dock. This is great for Recording Professionals, Home Studios and Project Studios that want to get the high end direct digital signal out of your iPad, iPod Touch or iPhone. There are so many great apps out there that make these Apple devices indispensable to the modern recording professional. It also can be a great audiophile dock to get the digital signal into a better DAC (since the iPad, iPod and iPhone has a ‘modest’ DAC in them). They have an outboard power supply, a video output, a AES/EBU XLR digital Audio Out, a Toslink digital audio out, a S/PDIF / Co-axial Out, and even a USB socket for easy syncing.
